Teaches yoga, leads support groups and health and wellness classes.

The founders and owners of Body & Soul, Will and Cheryl are former college athletes who have struggled with maintaining their fitness. They will bring all of their life experience to encourage, inform and motivate you on your own path to healthy living. Will has 30 years experience teaching, managing, and working in the business world. He sings too! Cheryl has been a therapist for 30 years.
